Totally Tilda

I've been working on this card for a few days now. I've been feeling under the weather since Monday and then BAM on Wednesday all I could do was sleep. Well rather all I could do is wish I was sleeping. Can't accomplish much of that with a tiny one who is full of energy. I started the card on Tuesday and finished it today. It's for my 5 year old niece who is starting Kindergarden. I wanted to make her something nice and attach it to a present so she'll feel special on her special day. At they asked for a shape card ....But NO Squares OR Rectangles and NO Easel cards !!!!!! So I cut a shape with my cricut and it totally didn't work so I cut another one and I like it. So here it is...

I used my Heritage Cartidge for the cricut to cut a school house. All the paper is from Stampin Up. I also used some cute little flowers I picked up from Michael's. They were on sale of course. I also used my only Tilda. I just ordered more from and I can't wait til they come in. I have an idea in my head for one of them already. I colored her with my copics. It's cute and simple but I like it. On the inside I put a quote from Dr. Seuss Oh the Places You'll go. I'm getting choked up just writing this post. I can't believe my little niece is starting another journey. Ahhh they just grow up to quick. :), Vanessa
Here's a close up of my Tilda:
