I used the "Unique" stamp from SU's Define Your Life set which I absolutely adore.
The ribbon is from Hobby Lobby.
Everything is colored with copics.

This is such a cool interpretation! Thanks for your comments on my blog! As for the altering, Amy has some great tutorials on the Club Anya and Friends blog on how she does her altering and as I just re-joined the DT I will be doing a tutorial in the future on my method.
